I laugh a lot today at the anime con
Its good to laugh:
- Provide cardio-vascular excercise and increase oxygen supply to the brain
- Relieves stress and tension and lowers cortisal (stress hormone) levels
- Regulates blood pressure and produce a feeling of relaxation and a feeling well being
- Burns calories and stabilizes blood sugar levels
- Strenghten the immune system
- Release endorphines which can help us feel good and can relieve pain
- Enhance relationships and can improve productivity in the work place
- Starting with each individual, may eventually contribute to World Peace.
