The benefits of Laughter

I laugh a lot today at the anime con

Its good to laugh:

  1. Provide cardio-vascular excercise and increase oxygen supply to the brain
  2. Relieves stress and tension and lowers cortisal (stress hormone) levels
  3. Regulates blood pressure and produce a feeling of relaxation and a feeling well being
  4. Burns calories and stabilizes blood sugar levels
  5. Strenghten the immune system
  6. Release endorphines which can help us feel good and can relieve pain
  7. Enhance relationships and can improve productivity in the work place
  8. Starting with each individual, may eventually contribute to World Peace.
